Posimap is a B2B SaaS platform that helps companies onboard and train new employees through role-specific, comprehension-gated learning journeys. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 18 or older and authorised to act on behalf of your company to create an admin account.
You may not share your login credentials with others or use a single account for multiple organisations.
You agree to use Posimap only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Posimap (documents, links, videos, audio). By uploading content, you grant Posimap a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of generating onboarding materials for your employees.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide.
Posimap uses AI to generate onboarding materials based on your uploaded content. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all learning content before deploying it to your employees.
Posimap is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posimap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Posimap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
